Return & Refund Policy

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You may return or exchange any order within 28 days provided the product remains in its original condition. You have 28 days from receipt of your package to initiate a return or exchange. To qualify, the item must be unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To return or exchange an item, please send us a message or email us under Help. After inspection of your item, we will send you a return/exchange label that you will use to send the item back to our supplier.

You are responsible for return/exchange shipping fees, along with making sure the return/exchange item is still within the 28 day window from when you received the item. No exceptions.

Approved Refund or Exchange

Your exchange or refund is approved once your item is successfully returned to our supplier using the shipping label we provided. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Fees

All shipping costs, import costs, tax, and other associated fees are non-refundable.
