Shipping Label

Once you request a refund, we will provide you with a shipping label to make the return process easier. When you receive the label, you will need to place it on the box and ship your item to the designated return address. This step is necessary to proceed with your refund request.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. These shipping costs are nonrefundable, meaning they will not be reimbursed. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It’s important that the item is in its original packaging to ensure that it can be returned properly.

Additionally, you will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. These steps are necessary to complete the return process and qualify for a refund.
