How Do I Return My Order?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Customers are also in charge of making sure the item is returned to our suppliers within the 28 day window. No exceptions!

Send us a message using the chatbox or visit 'HELP' page and send us a message requesting a refund. Your return must meet all the requirements in order to get a refund. We will send you a return slip for you to ship back your product.
