Gift Card Terms

1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase, use, and management of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by EXTREMEKOOL. By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Use of Gift Cards

• Gift Cards are only redeemable at EXTREMEKOOL for the purchase of goods and services.
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
• Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or reloaded.
• Gift Cards must be treated like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.

3. Compliance with Laws

All Gift Cards are issued and used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prepaid access, unclaimed property, data privacy, and consumer protection laws. EXTREMEKOOL is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a Gift Card.

4. Expiration and Fees

• Gift Cards do not expire and do not include any fees that reduce their value over time.
• Any remaining balance on a Gift Card can be used for future purchases until the balance reaches zero.

5. Restrictions

• The maximum denomination for a single Gift Card is $9,999 USD.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• A Gift Card may not be redeemed for more than $2,000 USD in a single day.
• Gift Cards may only be used at EXTREMEKOOL and are not valid at other merchants or businesses.

6. Refunds and Store Credit

• Purchases made with Gift Cards are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is required, store credit may be issued instead of cash refunds.
• Store credit issued in lieu of refunds is subject to the same terms as Gift Cards.
• Store credit cannot exceed $2,000 USD per transaction and cannot be reloaded.

7. Fraud and Abuse

EXTREMEKOOL reserves the right to suspend or cancel Gift Cards that are suspected of fraud, misuse, or illegal activity. Violations of these Terms may result in the cancellation of the Gift Card without notice.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Gift Cards. EXTREMEKOOL is not liable for unauthorized use or loss of Gift Cards.

9. Changes to Terms

EXTREMEKOOL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and apply immediately to all Gift Cards.

10. Limitation of Liability

EXTREMEKOOL is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or inability to use Gift Cards, including unauthorized transactions. Our liability will not exceed the balance remaining on the Gift Card.
